SLC -->ATL

yuck!
Mon, 24 Jul 2017 06:00:00 Sun, Jul 23, 2017
ran laps around the pleasant grove cemetery for 20 min
Sun, 23 Jul 2017 06:00:00 Sat, Jul 22, 2017
day off

65 min walk in the afternoon
Sat, 22 Jul 2017 06:00:00 Fri, Jul 21, 2017
JRP run with nan. she was finishing up 18, so i jumped in to keep her company for the last 6
Fri, 21 Jul 2017 06:00:00 Thu, Jul 20, 2017
6 miles with andrea around sugar house -- just like old times when we were young and not 30. it's the last time i'll see her before heading back to ATL. :( what a great friend she is to me. basically everyone i see from here on out will be a goodbye, nooo! somehow a 3+ week vacation still doesn't feel long enough.

2018 -- ch-ch-ch-changes

i'm severely doubting myself about running the marathon. it was a fun/funny idea up until about a week ago, but now it feels like doom. deep down i want to do it -- i'm just scared. i want to prove to myself that i can still cover the distance without dying, and there's this feeling that i have to mop up my mess from 2014. i quite literally clunked my way out of this town with broken everything. even if i run slower, if i finish in a less disastrous way, it will feel like a success. it just seems like the right way to cap off my summer of bummin' in SLC.
Thu, 20 Jul 2017 06:00:00 Wed, Jul 19, 2017
sunnyside down, liberty park wood chips, sunnyside up
Wed, 19 Jul 2017 06:00:00 Tue, Jul 18, 2017
day off. felt lethargic and sick most of the day. i've been hanging out with my nephews a lot so maybe i caught a bug.
Tue, 18 Jul 2017 06:00:00 Mon, Jul 17, 2017
ran around the U, along foothill, sunnyside down, sunnyside up

pm - 65 min walk on the murdock canal trail
Mon, 17 Jul 2017 06:00:00 Sun, Jul 16, 2017
pipeline trail with andrea and jake

pm - hiked to cecret lake with andrea, jake, and jenna. so many colorful wildflowers out right now, and we saw a moose!
