10 miles. the slough run. boardwalks, bridges and beautiful views. my favorite run of the trip.
8 miles around mercer island. there were some hills.
fa la la la la.
8 miles. last day on mercer island. 50 degrees. ran on leaf laden trails in the fresh, rainy air. traveling home today. here's a photo recap of the past week.
7 miles. emigration market loop. all of my usual routes recently became a mile longer. that's my training secret for 2012.
9 miles. sunnyside up. i saw adam wende commute running on sunnyside. it's the place to be in the early morning hours.

12 miles on the JRP on a sunny and only-cold-for-a-few-miles morning. it was a nice group run with james, jake, andrea, adam, rob rohde, devra, and emily (we ate devra and emily's dust).
