this is my first workout since april. i basically fell apart over the summer -- lazy, apathetic, grumpy, weight gain, bad decisions all over the place. i somewhat collected myself in september, and since then i've had small bursts of motivation and small bursts of my body feeling good, but never at the same time.
i think things are finally smoothing out for real, so i'm attempting to start an actual training cycle. i'm targeting the publix georgia marathon in march 2017, which is still pretty far out but i need the time.
