3 mile shakeout run with bridget and morgan on the schuylkill river bike path.
back to running today after four scheduled days off. it was a nice minibreak and it helped refresh my stale legs and mind.
5 miles on the beltline. i ran the first 2.6 with james (2.5 easy + .1 @ 10k pace)
