5 w james. i have no plans at the moment -- just running when i feel like it. no races or workouts for a bit. at some point i will find a focus again, but for now i am celebrating the great october respite (also known as GOR).
longer-term -- i may or may not make an attempt at the OTQ in 2015. i first have to see if i can find myself again, and run a marathon without major bodily failures. step two will be running a non-aided marathon under 2:50. then step three -- committing to the OTQ goal if i think it's within reach. for now, i'm still trying to get my bearings in ATL. moving is hard. y'all.
