this was my third race on this course.

after three attempts, i don't think i can do much better than this without some serious fitness gains. it's a xc-style course with loose gravel, some grass, and lots of twists and turns. it makes for a choppy rhythm and i have a hard time keeping my speed up. splits were 6:08, 6:15, 6:19, 35
there are five more races in this series throughout the rest of the year, so i have a few more shots at it. my goal is to eventually break 19:00 here.
