Alter-G (85%): 3 mile tempo @ 6:15 pace
i get to do my workouts outside again starting next week, so things are almost back to normal. i'm going on three weeks now with zero pain or discomfort or drama in my fibulAnkle. i'm still working out a few kinks and general stiff-soreness in the muscles that took a 1.5 month vacation from running, but otherwise i feel really good.
mentally, i am 100%. i'm excited about every minute that i get to run, even when it's 96steamy out. right before i got injured, i would say my mental game was only about 50%, maybe even less than that. i was worn out and stressed about my training, and things weren't going well. i'm excited for a fresh start as i begin building back up for fall racing.
