follow up appointment today -- cleared to run. the build up will be very conservative for a week or two. for now the plan is to run every other day on the AlterG.
3 mile walk + 150 pushups
3 miles on the AlterG @ 60% body weight. 7:30 pace. wacky.
3 mile walk + 200 pushups
4 miles on the AlterG @ 60% body weight. 7:30 --> 7:03 pace
