qualify for the 2020 olympic marathon trials in ATL (sub-2:45)
12 miles. fairmont loop. sore quads...slow run.
day off to save the quads. typical strength training routine in the morning...and i drank a protein smoothie. rawr.
my jeep got injured today. :(
9 miles. sunnyside up. 20 x 1 min on/off at 5k pace. i did the first four going up sunnyside, which felt terrible but it woke me up and got me going for the rest of the workout. quads are feeling back to normal today.
10 miles -- the usual neighborhood looping around sugarhouse. we ran with jake for the first 7, then james and i added on another small 2700th south/hannibal loop.
6 miles. westminster loop. first encounter with the sprinklers in liberty park -- they are massive and unavoidable.
17 miles. water wheel loop.
8 miles. emigration market loop.
hope everyone had a great race this morning at UVM. looking forward to hearing how it all went down...
