am - 5 miles with james. warm!
pm - 6 miles. short track workout at highland high with devra and tee. 1 x 2 miles @ 6:30 pace (this is why i decided to join today). we took turns leading every lap, targeting 97's. we hit almost every lap right on, and finished the two miles in 12:57. they are ready to race; i'm ready to watch. :)
