slept most of the day. no run.
no run. still recovering from the weekend. my heart/chest is really sore when i breathe in. don't know if that's actually a thing to be concerned about or what but i just trooped it up and went to the grocery store crying and clutching my chest.
8 miles, two loops around the lake. finally feeling back to normal and caught up on sleep.
