afternoon run. se7en easy. it was a lovely day. perfect spring weather, sunshine, bees flying into my face and box elder bugs hitching rides on my shirt.

pull: 1, 1, 1 (really, i do not see myself ever progressing in this area)
push: 8, 8, 9 (my least favorite of the three)
sit: 60, 50, 60 (i get VERY impatient)
feeling great today after yesterday's run. no soreness or hip woes. needs to stay that way.
