i did this workout last november in 45:36. conditions were probably a bit better today -- warmer, low humidity.
springdale loop, stiff and slow
off. as expected, my hamstring started acting up after wednesday's workout. i think i'll have to stick to one workout/week + 1 rest day for the next 2-3 weeks, then see if i can handle a bit more.
