pm - 4 miles. centennial olympic park loops. this run felt good. i was really tight (and slow) yesterday, but my legs came back to life after a lot of stretching and foam rolling. it's just basic stuff that i've been neglecting for awhile, mostly due to the lack of carpet in our apartment. we do have a rug that is half the size of my body, so i'll have to make that work.
