day off from running. hiked around devils garden for ~4 hours this morning (about 7 miles). we got out early enough to beat most of the crowds.
pm - driving. sitting.

i was planning on a tuesdayrunwithdevra, but i fell into a trap at work and had to stay late. i suppose the extra off days are good right now since my post-marathon recovery hasn't been too smart.
lunch run on the JRP with andrea and devra. it was windy and now everyone at work is complimenting my hair swirlies.
