yeez! i've been sick all week. very sick. i was really hoping to kick up the mileage this week and start getting things going -- get the consistency back, rebuild the fitness, etc. instead i spent most of the week sipping tea and soup and coughing up a whole bunch of floop.
i hope to get back out tomorrow. i want to spend the next month just building my mileage up -- high. i'm going for 90-100, which is unexplored territory (lifetime high is 93, and i've only hit 90+ twice). i know this could end poorly, but i think i can handle it if i build up sensibly and back off as needed. if i can't hande it, i'll drop down to 70-80, but i at least want to try.
