i walked around for about two hours yesterday afternoon, which alleviated a lot of the post-race stiffness/soreness. i'm planning to do more of the same today, as i don't fly out until 6pm this evening.
i've been in a fight with my left adductor for the past three weeks. it held up okay in the race, other than some minor cramping in my hip/quad over the final few miles. it should clear up pretty quickly with rest (it almost went away with the taper, but it's back again today).
i'm taking a week off. the next race i'm looking at is striders half, which is in one month.
