no run again today, probably. we have a 2 hour car journey from Bristol to Heathrow this morning, then a 9.5 hr flight.
i did 200 pushups and 100 lunges in the hotel early this morning (couldn't sleep), and hopefully i'll get some airport walking in later.
my goal for the rest of this week is to make it to 30 miles. it was hard to get much in this week, but we got out for a few short runs at least. we had a full schedule with various family events and meals and meetups, so running had to be pushed aside. we did get plenty of walking in, so that helped in keeping my body feeling balanced. unfortunately i never adjusted to sleeping properly here, so hopefully i can get good rest tonight.
