16 miles in 2:02:23 / 7:39 average
picked it up for a faster 3 miles at the 10 mile mark - 6:44, 6:34, 6:25
sweat was abnormally salty today. gross.
11 easy campus/north logan loop. 7:54 average.
my brooks launch are approaching retirement. no doubt my next pair will be the same shoe. and maybe if i sell off all that i own, i can afford another pair of newtons...
4:15 am - 10 sleepy miles, slow and easy. this was the absolute only time available for a run today.
today's to-do list is definitely going in the hall of fame.
commute week 5
today's lecture is on my ultimate favorite subject: polypeptides
8 miles. light rain. kept it easy with a fast finish the last 1.5 --- mile in 6:32 and then the last .5 at 6:00 pace.
63 miles for the week. next week's goal is 65 with some actual workouts. here we go.
