-i slept in
-it was warm enough for shorts (27 degrees -- we finally made it out of this 10 degree business)
-not only was i able to enjoy my run in daylight hours, but i was actually outdoors during daylight hours for the first time this week.
-i finally had enough time to run more than 8 miles
-i ran under 7:00 pace for the first time since CIM in december. i'm out of shape.
