8 miles. ran up mountain road to dry canyon and looped back home. nearly died trying to cross over the cow grate at the top of the road.

currently enjoying some wonderful homemade almond milk for breakfast. tasty.

8 miles super early. -10F out. so i ran inside. averaged 7:45/mile.

PM: commute day 2 - survived. fixed my tail light in the process. it's all UHAUL's fault.

evening run. very, very cold. wearing lots of clothes. tired after a long day of work. ran very slow but made it out alive. averaged 8:50 pace for the run.

 i officially canceled my trip to arizona to run the RnR half marathon. i am just not ready, and i can't justify spending the money right now. my plane ticket was non-refundable, but it WAS transferable. so i just switched my flight to go to eugene in may. hopefully i am ready by then.
