two loops around green lake.
i felt a lot better this morning than i have in nearly two weeks. even last night i was feeling like i hadn't made any progress at all, but by this morning i felt like the tightness had gone down a notch and my range of movement without pain went up two notches.
maybe i finally slept right. :) i've also been icing 3x/day, inbuprofening 2x/day, and doing various lumbar extension exercises.
