I ran inside and it was hot, so I am eating a nice cold smoothie, no toast.

HAVE A GREAT DAY!

How long before the butter froze?

From Jake K on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 13:19:09 from 155.100.226.53

If you were really serious about running you'd put GU on your toast

From JulieC on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 14:03:14 from 70.56.109.104

Allie your runs are beginning to sound like TM runs ; D. however do you spruce up your 8 milers? oh yah today it was toast!! JK.

From rAtTLeTrAp on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 14:47:08 from 24.18.125.122

Peanut butter or raspberry gu would be good on toast :)

From Kelli on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 15:56:50 from 173.8.92.194

The have a new mint GU just for the holiday season and I hear it tastes nothing like toothpaste. I bet it would be good mixed in some hot chocolate!

From rAtTLeTrAp on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 16:25:59 from 174.255.176.125

I'm having choc mint cocoa right now. Mmmm (not with gu)

From allie on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 17:45:52 from 24.10.191.18

you all have such great ideas. i bet gu would also be great as frosting on a wedding cake.

From Jake K on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 17:48:30 from 155.100.226.53

i almost just vomited thinking about that

but can you imagine how frusturated the cake artist would be if they had to squeeze the gu out of like 1000 packets?

From allie on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 18:04:49 from 24.10.191.18

he he he. this must happen.

From runningafterbabies on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 18:29:07 from 71.195.219.247

I bet Jake wouldn't mind donating some of the stash he has in that big box on top of his fridge.

From rAtTLeTrAp on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 20:00:34 from 174.255.176.177

Energy wedding cake? I can see a market for that :)

From seeaprilrun on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 21:00:23 from 68.103.253.134

Gu cake. gross. eggs and toast, now that sounds good.

From rAtTLeTrAp on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 21:16:51 from 174.255.176.177

All this talk about food and look what Kym just brought me from Trader Joe's: http://www.candyblog.net/blog/item/trader_joes_eggnog_almonds/

Mmmmmm, you know you want some :)

From Tara on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 22:12:54 from 75.169.155.162

Huh, did you bring the toaster with you? That was a stupid comment, I already know. Nice run.

From Kelli on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 22:26:31 from 71.219.83.156

Hmmmm, mike, I am not sure if those are good! Egg nog? Chocolate or cinnamon, now that is good! The only thing that should be egg nog flavored is ice cream! OH, and GU.

From rAtTLeTrAp on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 22:45:47 from 67.160.56.253

Kelli - They are very good. I just ate most of them. Eggnog GU, now there's an idea. Or even better, chomps! I could make some by leaving a bowl of eggnog in the fridge so it forms a skin like pudding does. Oh, the possibilities. Are you salivating yet allie? mmmmmm

From Kelli on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 22:47:31 from 71.219.83.156

Or an egg nog burger of some sort.

From rAtTLeTrAp on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 22:52:08 from 67.160.56.253

Eggnog "french toast" bun! Hey, we're back on topic talking about toast :)

From Kelli on Wed, Dec 07, 2011 at 22:53:26 from 71.219.83.156

OK, I actually think that sounds good.
