qualify for the 2020 olympic marathon trials in ATL (sub-2:45)
ran to work with james, then back home via cheshiahud + eastlake
more range of motion today (stride is still a bit limited and choppy, but better), and less butt/back pain. feeling about 75% at this point, compared to 50-60% last week.
Sounds like you’re heading in the right direction. Hopefully next week will be even better.
