no internet connection yet in my new place in logan. bummer. probably won't be doing much blogging for a few days.

leg is runnable but bothersome. it takes about two miles before i can get into a comfortable stride without feeling like i am hobbling or favoring the left leg. this is probably not good, but in the past it has fixed itself with continued running, so i am determined that this is short term and that it will go away.  run was uneventful. late afternoon. smoky out.

still debating minuteman 5K this weekend...

Nice miles. Sorry about the leg discomfort.

I would suggest to not race this Saturday due to bum leg communicating that to you. Just take it easy, it will pay off for you : D

Do you ever get massage? A good hard leg rub-down might help. Or at least rolling out on the foam roller lots could loosen it up too. I think I agree with Julie about the 5k too...give it a little more rest and recovery and you will be back into full swing soon. I don't want my TOU buddy to have a nagging injury!

thanks for the suggestions. i have decided not to race tomorrow. it would have been a pathetic showing anyway. i tried something new today...pool running. i don't like it but at least it is a break from the pounding.
