evening run. very, very cold. wearing lots of clothes. tired after a long day of work. ran very slow but made it out alive. averaged 8:50 pace for the run.

i officially canceled my trip to arizona to run the RnR half marathon. i am just not ready, and i can't justify spending the money right now. my plane ticket was non-refundable, but it WAS transferable. so i just switched my flight to go to eugene in may. hopefully i am ready by then.

WAY to be consistent with the 8s despite a long day of work and freezing hazy condition.

You will be ready for Eugene in May! Keep on keepin'! Hope you get some well deserved rest tomorrow! CRAZY commute!
