am - 20 minute run around a cold, dark park in lilburn, ga.

i'm attending a USATF level 1 coaching school this weekend, and the schedule is very [wapoosh] -- today is 8am to 10pm. my hamstrings are about to burst out of my legs and make an escape.

lunch: 2 miles on the track. i also did 78 lunges so i'm that lady who does lunges now.

I've seen a flesh-and-blood race walker. Doing strides actually. At least I think they were strides.
