I had NOTHING in my legs this morning! I woke up super early so I could get in a run before work. I just felt tired and slow...not very good motivation for tomorrow. Hopefully the shorter distance and the rest of the day to rest my legs will help so that I will be ready to go in the morning. I have done this only once before...a few years ago. I remember it being a very enjoyable run, but I received an e-mail saying the course has been modified due to the fires. I am hoping for under 1:29, hopefully my legs will respond to my wishes. I am off to watch the Olympics. And anyone racing tomorrow...good luck and see you in the morning!
