8 miles. sunnyside up. yesterday i saw two people out, which was unusual. today it was a party. i counted 11 walkers and runners out and about. i liked that. it didn't feel as lonely, dark and cold as it usually does.

i also saw bec, but i talked myself out of thinking it was her, so i didn't say hi and i missed her. i learned my lesson. when in doubt, it is bec.

I am mad I didn't do some kind of a strange dance move in your pathway. Pretty sure I was completely out of it though!

11 people? I think I counted one before you and two after you. I must have missed the party.

Nice run.

I always see people at races that I think I may know, but not quite sure.

you should've offered her some gum. then you would've known it was her.

She said you looked cold. Was that "cold" as in your body temp, or, "cold" as in you gave her the cold shoulder?

definitely the cold shoulder. i really did look right at her and just kept going. sorry bec :)

i once said "hi walter" really loud when i thought i saw him, but it turns out it wasn't him. i have been traumatized by that ever since.

ah yes the familiar feeling after saying hello to people that you think you know but actually don't!
