It's really hard to come back to this after running in 65 degree weather for ten days. counting the years to retirement...

april: both sides. it's not as exciting as the regular plank -- and it makes my shoulders numb.

scott: i am also counting the years to retirement.

JD: you laugh, but i am serious. IKEA is huge.

dan: IKEA is huge...just saying

Escaping from IKEA is impressive ... planking in IKEA ... priceless

From JulieC on Tue, Jan 04, 2011 at 10:11:58 from

dang I can only make it 30 seconds on the side planks!! Way to go!!

From Kam on Tue, Jan 04, 2011 at 11:46:16 from

I like how IKEA makes me feel like a rat in a maze. And when I get to the end of it, I can buy meatballs and cinnamon rolls. They are like a treat for finishing.

From DonGardinero on Tue, Jan 04, 2011 at 14:12:07 from

Ikea is like a casino. They don't make the exits well known. I need to go down there so I can get me some sweedish meatballs.

From Bonnie on Tue, Jan 04, 2011 at 14:28:03 from

Kam -- that is an awesome way to look at it!!

From JulieC on Tue, Jan 04, 2011 at 16:17:20 from

hey, its not warm and humid just 30 minutes south!! no fair!!

From Kelli on Fri, Jan 07, 2011 at 19:37:10 from

NICE JOB ON THE PLANKS AND WALL SIT!!! (I am yelling that from Herriman.)

I love IKEA, you just have to go a few times and then you have it memorized---unless of course you go upstairs, then you are lost forever. But, you can just move in up there, I am sure they would not even notice someone sleeping in one of the bedrooms.
