Glad to see you out on your feets again :)

I'm glad you have recovered from your marathon.

Just so were/we're clear, how many miles does it take to circumnavigate Sugarhouse?

From allie on Tue, Mar 12, 2013 at 16:57:57 from

according to the boundaries as defined by wikipedia (500 east to 2100 east and 1300 south to 2700 south), a true lap around true sugarhouse (aka sugar house) is 8.9303 miles.

i have routes of 4, 5, 6.2, 7, 8, 9, and 10.03 miles, all of which go through sugarhouse. i consulted with creative creations on naming my routes, and their/they're suggestion was to call everything sugarhouse loop.

I see. It's very clear to me now. I'm just trying to get a sense of wear you like to run, strictly for informational purposes.

In order to be compliant with Sasha's second bullet point under the comment rules, I probably should post this next item somewhere else, but it doesn't really relate to this any other thread.

What should I do, in you're opinion, about posting this next comment?

From Kam on Tue, Mar 12, 2013 at 17:07:25 from

Oops. I should have kept reading. Bullet point three has clear instructions that I should just send you a personal message, since this has "no relevance to others" and "is not connected with this entry." My bad.

But it's more entertaining to have these discussions in comments sections. Remember in the good old days where their were hot topics? You were always at the top of the list. I wonder why Sasha took that down...

From Jake K on Tue, Mar 12, 2013 at 17:26:00 from

I wonder if the boundaries would have stayed the same if this happened:

That website should just buy everything in Salt Lake.

From allie on Tue, Mar 12, 2013 at 17:43:50 from

i sort of like this better: "mayor john f. bowman suggested sugar house be referred to as 'south east salt lake city.' this suggestion was rejected."

kam - i loved the hot discussion board -- i think "meaningless banter" was cited as one of the main reasons why it was taken down. i don't know if you remember the two-word morphing post on nevels' blog, but it was epic (250+ comments of pure comedy with zero substance). i'm looking for the thread...

From Kam on Tue, Mar 12, 2013 at 17:49:03 from

I'm all about meaningless banter and jokes about grammar. And strongbad.

good times.
