15 miles with emily (emruns) and james (fiddy). another saturday run with great company. it was a beautiful morning to be out. we ran an out and back route along the jordan river parkway. overall the run felt really good, but i was definitely tired at the end. 7:06 average pace -- thanks to emily and james for keeping a good pace. i am sure i would have been a slacker today if i ran on my own. great run!

congrats to all the SGM runners today. i am anxious to see the results and hear about all of your races...

Dang, you ran my hopeful marathon pace. One of y'all should come pace me next week!

You're really lucky to have fellow runners who want to go your pace!
