Short-Term Running Goals:
Long-Term Running Goals:
qualify for the 2020 olympic marathon trials in ATL (sub-2:45)
12 miles with tee. we started from highland high and ran up to the U, then looped back through sugarhouse. we came very close to being hit by an out of control subaru.
i got a fresh pair of skechers yesterday (#4).
I need to find me some skechers..
Was Amiee the driver?
it was not amiee -- she would have avoided us by pulling a donut in the intersection and then going through the turn without missing a beat.
the operator seemed to be suffering from foggy windows/foggy brain/balancing-coffee-in-lap. it was a close enough encounter that i said some bad words. "scary" and "geeeez".
"geez" is one of my favorite things to yell at scary drivers . . . along with "Seriously?!"
oreo - you can get the men's goRun 2 for $44.95 on rockymountaintrail.com.
they cost less than the boys "super hot lights street lightz" shoe and they rival the girls "twinkle toes shuffles triple up" shoe.
my first pair has 500 miles on them and they are still alive.
I disappear for a week and you're already talking smack although foggy windows/brain/balancing coffee not to mention pie adequately describes my morning. I hope that wasn't me!
Please describe "grooved brain."
amiee -- it definitely wasn't you. as far as i could tell, there was no pie involved. this woman would have been off the silverton cliffs in less than a minute.
also, i made that brain dish for james last night. he told me it's a very common meal in england. they mostly eat it at weddings, etc.
