qualify for the 2020 olympic marathon trials in ATL (sub-2:45)
12 miles in 1:33.21 with a 5 mile tempo from the 30-minute mark to 1:02. after that i slowed down considerably and ran at a very easy pace. pretty uneventful but my foot and leg felt good.
