easy 7 miles, followed by 60 minutes of pool running with andrea. i learned that the flotation belt needs to go around the waist and not the neck (yes, andrea had to help strap me in because i'm that incompetent. she also had to show me how to turn on the exercise bike after i had been pedaling air for 5 minutes).
i really enjoyed doing something different this morning. the water was good for my legs and it was nice catching up with andrea.
