one more day of no running. maybe two.
i decided to bring back the plank. i used to do this religiously as part of my core routine, but then one day i "forgot" to do it and have been lazy about it ever since. i once had this goal of doing a 5:00 plank, but i never made it that far. i have actually set this goal 3-4 times before, but never achieved it. so here's to another attempt...i made it to 2:00 today, but it was not without suffering.
