11 miles. water wheel loop.

this run was slow. i usually like to do a short 4-5 mile tempo run on this route, but i couldn't get it going today. i was quite cold the whole time. i did enjoy running on the new bike trail to tanner park (thanks to fritz for blogging about it last week). i have avoided this area for awhile since the last time i ran through it i had to hike up a very steep cliff with tons loose dirt and rocks. scary. now it's a lovely paved trail. i will definitely be taking this route more often.

Yes it was cold this morning. I even wore my warm stuff for half of my run.

the cold kind of takes it out of you too? I don't know why I just couldn't warm up. sounds like a nice new trail. I love the new one they put in behind Lone Peak here as well. Have you tried it? It goes from Lone Peak south to Art Dye Park, thru the park and connect further south across 700 north AF to 200 north.

Been cold of late.

But I am still running in shorts and long sleeve shirt at times.

First snow in CT couple days ago.

How fun! Last time I was at Tanner park was to take my dog to the dog park. Fun place, good memories. I would love to try and run that trail sometime.
