I can not bring myself to run outside right now! I set the alarm today and yesterday, but then just could not do it. SO GOOD FOR YOU!

Excellent mileage this week.

Wow that is 11 miles two days in a row. Are you trying to outdistance Kelli in the miles?

From Kelli on Wed, Nov 10, 2010 at 20:03:25 from

I have 13 for the month, so she has already creamed me. There will be NO catching up.

Nice Allie. Hey if you want me to talk to the mayor about people stopping at 4 way intersections, you know where to reach me!

From Scott Ensign on Wed, Nov 10, 2010 at 20:22:13 from

just bang on their hoods like I do. oops, scratch that, I am not the role model you want to follow...I meant to say be nice and friendly and wave to them....

kelli - i no longer have access to a gym, so unfortunately the freezing outdoors is the only option. i am actually missing that 220m indoor track at USU right now. it was somewhat a pain to run on, but it was warm and it was free. oh well. snow running it is. trudge.

JD & nancy - thanks. it's another week of front-loading. i am hoping to hit 60 this week, but it will be a stretch with my schedule the next few days.

dan - i just tried calling you @ 1-800-DAN. i think you gave me a bogus number. i will try again later. i did end up calling the mayor again. he muttered something about "high maintenance" -- i don't know what that means but i think it was a compliment.

scott - good advice. i think i will bang on their hood and then give a friendly wave. or would a friendly wave and then a bang be more dramatic? i'm excited for saturday.

It is not all that bad, it just takes some getting used to. And a lot of glove cleaning due to frozen snot!

I was wondering what was up with the mileage jump! Way to frontload and get your mileage in for the week with a busy schedule!
