10 miles on the murdock canal trail. i got going a bit faster after the turn-around, so i decided i should put some effort into it (it's been a long while). splits over the last 5 miles were: 6:52, 6:40, 6:30, 6:25, 6:21
total time was 1:12:50 / 7:16 AP, which is my best run in months (and a faster pace than my last marathon, lol). it felt good to push myself a little, but if i ever try to get back in shape, it will be a long journey with my twizzler hamstrings.
as always, it's good to be home :)
