haha oops. i forgot i was going to add to that entry. basically i started my workout (the 800s) and had an overwhelming desire to quit. i was not up for doing quality 800s and my body made sure to tell me that. so...i decided i would just run at an easy pace...even though i still didn't feel like it, it was much easier to keep going than if i were forcing out 800s. i am actually leaving in about 20 min. to go out and attempt the 800s again. can't wait!!!! and yes, TOU is what i am training for...two weeks to go!!!
