6 miles. sugarhouse loop. i was way overdressed this morning, as i was prepared for "up to an inch of snow" as the weather man predicted. it turned out to be clear, dry and 43 degrees. i was wearing one too many shirts and i definitely didn't need the beanie. i need to re-learn the art of layering based on the temperature and conditions -- i had it perfected last winter.

frankenRun 5k tomorrow!

Best of luck with the 5k!

I have NEVER figured out how to layer or not layer in the winter. I actually was perfect today, though. It was beginners luck. ANYWAY, my solution to the layering dilemma is to wear a tank top, skirt, jacket, and sprint the 1/10th of a mile from the gym parking lot to the doors. The treadmill always likes my tank tops.
