I know! This lack of sunlight in the early morn is killing our runs. I don't like running in the dark. But looks like I won't get a choice.

I am jealous of your 8 miles today. My legs feel like Jello from Saturday still and I have the biggest desire to run. Ugh ugh ugh.

Do you prefer the light or dark? Light eventually turns to heat - so in August, I rather enjoy the lack of light. By October, I welcome it!

Great run as usual. Sunnyside ave brings back so many memories of when I went to the University of Utah. We used to pick up my sister's friend and then continue up sunnyside to the U.

dark is fun

especially running around the park with a headtorch to see and sticking your arms out and making aeroplane noises

it cannot just be me that does this

Is semi-light better than semi-dark? I do like the temp this morning and the gorgeous sun-rise and sun-set last week with those big fluffy storm clouds!

Yo Allie, 3 am does come early but as you well know you have to get out and get those quality training miles when you can. Hey, are you doing TOU? And want about SGM, did you get into it?

From allie on Wed, Aug 11, 2010 at 22:51:20 from 174.23.182.80

hey slick, yes for TOU. no for SGM.
