I just want to post YEAH! lyrics in response to this workout but I can't find a family-safe part of the song that is still in context. SUCH A GREAT SONG ON EVERY LEVEL! And it will be stuck in my head all day now (#blessing).

it was the best run. so good that i forgot i was wearing a cotton t-shirt...just raisin' the roof and doing dance karate kicks for five miles.

yeah! (yeah!) ok!

The real question is... why don't they just loop that song at Centennial Park. I don't think it could get old.

Oh, I solved for X in your splits charts using my Turing Machine.

So good job breaking 11 on the last one!

i knew i was going to break 11 on the sixth one (from my horoscope), but i always quit while i'm behind.

Those 60m reps will help you if you ever need to run from the cops. Cross training idea: finish the rep by hopping a chain link fence.

I like that workout!
