this was way harder than i expected. i went through the first mile in 6:22 and was completely spent already. it only got worse from there and i just finished it out as best as i could. my goal was 18:20, whoops. next up des news lol lol

pm -- 10 mile JAJAD hike -- alta to brighton to alta loop. i think it has an official name but i don't know it. the important thing is that we got soft serve cones mid hike

Good aclimatizing (sp?) run.Plus 5Ks a week before marathons are horrible predictors of marathon results.
