ran in the afternoon heat. felt great. i decided to do something EXTREME today so i ran my usual sugarhouse loop in REVERSE. i wore my mizuno flats because i wanted to run down sunnyside as fast as possible. no watch, no pacing. just had fun and went by feel. the only bad part was the pounding down sunnyside did a number on my stomach, so the last mile felt yuck. geez, i swear i have one wussy stomach. it never puts up with me on afternoon runs. and it is in hate with gu.
