| Ran on the Jordan River Parkway Trail this morning with the SLC Track Club. It was a beautiful run, and nice and cool on the trails. I ran two out-and-back trails and did a few more miles in the surrounding neighborhoods. My legs felt a little stiff at first, but loosened up nicely after a couple of miles and felt strong to the end.
