am - no run...too early of a morning after too late of a night watching the dumbest ending to the nba finals. after last year's excitement, everything is/will be a letdown until the jazz win in 2022 and/or kevin garnett and/or doris burke start coaching.

pm - track tuesday. last one of the season! 1500m and 3000m -- goals were sub-5:07 and sub-10:56.

i missed both goals --> 5:07 for the 1500m and 10:57 for the 3000m

1500m splits: 81, 82, 82, 61

3000m splits: 88, 86, 87, 88, 90, 90, 88, 37 (james lapped me in this race)

Let me splaine something to you, Eva. No, there's no time. Let me sum up. allie doesn't need luck. She needs Cheerios.

I thought last night's ending to the NBA finals was glorious.

Great racing! Now that the season's over (I mean track, not NBA), what are you going to do with your Tuesdays?

From Nancy on Wed, Jun 14, 2017 at 07:00:47 from

Great running. I am glad Golden State won. Have you ever watched American Ninja Warrior? It is a fun show to watch.

It's time to get those knees over developed again!

From allie on Wed, Jun 14, 2017 at 08:48:24 from

tom -- i guess i'll be doing workouts alone on tuesdays now. which means i probably won't do them. and i honestly don't know what i'm going to do now that the nba season is over. tennis? tour de france!

nancy -- yes, i've watched it a few times! that show has addicting properties...just one more...

i'm glad that you are glad that the warriors won. it's fun when your team wins. they are extremely talented -- one of the best teams ever. i love lebron james so i was rooting hard for the cavs again, but it was clear from the start of this season that the warriors were unbeatable. i'm sure someday i'll appreciate them more. back in the 90s when the jazz were going up against the bulls, i hated michael jordan because he always conquered the jazz. now i watch youtube highlight reels of him because he's so fun to watch, and now i can admit that he's amazing rather than evil. :)

tom2 - i'm old now and my knees are weak and sad. i'm ok with it.

You don't even comprehend old !
