qualify for the 2020 olympic marathon trials in ATL (sub-2:45)
27th south loop. i ran this route 3-4 times/week in the winter, but i've neglected it for a couple of months. it's better without ice (and the stalagmites are still there).
I always seem to run the same route for several months, then don't touch it for awhile. I guess we are all a little crazy!!
Stalagmites...push with all your might or hang on with all your might? I can never remember.
stalactites hold *tight* to the ceiling, and you *might* trip over stalagmites. :)
