Every time I read this I think of eggs... which I really, really love... now I am hungry! :)

Nice good-morning miles

I used to stalk you on that route in the olden days when I used to run Mt. Wire.

a guy in a van went by super slowly today. i shined my torch into his eyes and said "hello, dilworth" (i was 98% sure that it was you). it wasn't.

Hey what's your sat plans? Are you going to run before the race or just run around there at the race? Can I join you? I'm running in the last 3 miles w a friend on the half and my sister in the full other than that i would like to get a good run in.

Oh and not to mention cheering in all the FRBers.

we are actually volunteering at the race -- somewhere between mile 21 and 22 in the canyon. there is about 90 minutes downtime from the time we have to be stationed at our spot to the time we actually have to do something, so we are planning to run then. probably just up and down the canyon, or on a trail. unfortunately, once we are in the canyon, we can't leave until the last runner comes out -- which means noonish or later. if we end up being close to mile 23, i'll jog down and find you -- i'll text you when we get up there to see where you are at. good luck to your friend and your sister!
