Please teach me your trick for carrying food while running. I tried it once and it was an epic fail! I am so uncordinated.
rachelle: i had a backpack today, which made it easy. epic fail = the time i tried to run with a watermelon in one hand and a cantaloupe in the other.
So you did about 10lbs/5lbs weights while you ran....impressive!
